1) Role of Signing Pro Inc.
Signing Pro Inc. (“Signing Pro”) is a technology and coordination platform that connects clients with independent notaries and signing agents. We are not a law firm or employer of the notaries. Each notary is an independent contractor responsible for their own work quality, compliance, tools, and errors or omissions. Any defects, omissions, or disputes regarding a notarization are between the client and the notary.
2) Estimates, Pricing & Adjustments
- Quotes shown after you complete the order form are estimates based on the information you provide, such as pages to print, witnesses, scanbacks/drop, after-hours, planned standby, and other requested services.
- If no notary is available within approximately 30 minutes of the signing address, a counter-offer reflecting additional travel time may be presented for your approval.
- Client-requested changes, including page count, additional copies, extra witnesses, rescheduling, extended standby, or other special requests, may adjust the final amount.
3) Cancellations, No-Shows & Printing
- No-show / no-signing fee: If the notary arrives and the signing does not occur, or signer is unavailable, a fee up to fifty percent (50%) of the quoted amount may apply.
- Late cancellation: Cancellation after printing has started may incur a printing fee; cancellation within the notary’s travel window may incur up to fifty percent (50%).
- Waiting time: Unplanned on-site delays beyond an initial grace period may incur per-minute charges; planned standby can be requested in 15-minute increments.
4) Compliance
All services must comply with applicable state notarial laws, identification requirements, and any lender/title/attorney instructions. We do not provide legal advice.
5) Payment, Disputes & Support
- Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation. If you intend to dispute charges, contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate.
